This is a Vollrath model 38213, 3 well steam table. This steam table has 3 individually controlled wells with each well also having it's own drain. The overall size of the hot table is 46" x 29.5" x 35" and will require an electrical connection of 120V @ 17.5A. This will require a 30A breaker on the circuit. The steam table has been fully cleaned and tested at our location and is in good working order. Due to the texture of the wells, when cleaned they still look a bit 'chalky' but this will not be seen once food pans are in the unit. This is a used Therma Tek model TC24-24RBC. 24" Char (rock) broiler. The dimensions of this char broiler are 24" x 31" x 12" (14" to the top of the sides/back). The broiler is currently able to use natural gas but it can be converted to propane if needed. The broiler has been fully cleaned, serviced and tested in our shop and is in good working order. This is a used Blue Seal model E32MS electric convection oven with steam. This is a stacked set of 2 Blodgett gas convection ovens. We would 1st like to note that the glass in the door has become smoked. When this happens, it is possible to disassemble the doors and clean them, but the glass never seals the same again after. So we have opted to clean the entire unit the way all of our used equipment is cleaned and leave the insides of the glass as is. We would prefer the unit work and insulate properly, over having it be pretty. The overall size of this used convection oven is 38.5" x 39" x 71", and will require both a natural gas connection and a 120V wall outlet for operation. The ovens have been fully cleaned and tested at our location and are in proper working order. This is an EFI model FUDW2-27VC, that was used for about a month, and is still under warranty. The overall size of this drawer freezer is 27.5" x 30" x 34" and will require only a standard 120V wall outlet for power. The freezer is in very good condition and works perfectly.
