This is a used and refurbished Crown / SteamCan model GCX-10 natural gas, self contained steamer. The features of this model are listed as follows:

• Type 304 stainless steel exterior with a #4 satin finish
• Cooking chambers are one piece, all welded, type 316 stainless steel
• 13.9" W x 19.9" D x 17.4"H cooking compartment interior
• Chambers are fully insulated and include removable stainless steel pan supports
• Heavy duty door with a stainless steel liner and full perimeter gasket seal
• Outer liner on door is one piece, all welded stainless steel with a positive lock and seal mechanism with spring release
• Stainless steel drip trough integrally connected to the drain collects condensate when the doors are opened
• Steam flow to the cooking chamber is cut off when the door is opened and reactivated when the door is closed
• Standard boiler controls include: Automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control with pressure safety control, safety relief valve, and cathodic protector
• Unit comes standard with a split water line
• 60 minute mechanical timer with alarm
• Cabinet base w/ electric boiler is a full perimeter angled frame with reinforced boiler mountings
• 6" Stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet on the front and flanged rear feet for securing to the floor
• ASME code stamped and National Board registered
• AGA, CGA, and NSF certified
