Products and Warranty:

Accurate Repairs / Food Trade Service is proud to carry a wide range of new and used restaurant equipment and products, from a variety of manufactures.

 
New Equipment:
New restaurant equipment and smallwares are covered by the manufacturers warranty, starting at the date of purchase. Please see the warranty information that came with your new product. Should you need to return an item due to ordering or purchasing the wrong unit, there will be a 25% restocking fee for the part or item. Special order items and parts are not returnable. Some items may not be able to be returned depending or the rarity or uncommonness of the unit.
 

Smallwares, Flatware & Pizza Supplies:
Smallware products are covered for a period of 30 days from date of sale for manufacturing defects.
If you have purchased the product on-line and need warranty assistance, please contact us via the contact info on the Contact Us page.

Used Equipment:
Used restaurant equipment is covered under the following guidelines.

Refrigerated items:
Display fridges, pop coolers, open merchandisers, and all other refrigerated restaurant equipment are covered for 30 days for mechanical and operational defects (electrical, lights, doors, hinges, etc.), and 90 days on the compressor and refrigeration system. There is no warranty on cosmetic details, decals, paint and the like. Since this is a used item, we have no control over such defects.

Heated enclosures, cooking and food preparation equipment:
Ovens, steam tables, gas ranges, mixers, blenders and all other used restaurant equipment is covered 30 days for mechanical and operational defects (electrical, lights, doors, hinges, etc.). There is no warranty on cosmetic details, decals, paint and the like. Since this is a used item, we have no control over such defects.

Used Smallwares:
Used smallwares; plates, cups, glasses, cutters, choppers, and all other flateware, cutlery and utensils are sold entirely "AS IS" and have no warranty or return value.

 Used Coffee and Beverage Equipment:
Accurate Repairs / Food Trade Service is proud to be able to offer a limited 1 year parts and labour warranty on all of our used Bunn-o-matic coffee and beverage equipment, located within Canada (on-site warranty may not be available in some areas or on some pour-over products). Other makes of beverage equipment may have 1yr of warranty or less, please inquire about your warranty at the time of purchase.

Accurate Repairs / Food Trade Service reserves the right to terminate the warranty on any used or re-manufactured product at any time. This is only in place to protect our company from excessive or unreasonable demands that may be made or placed upon us by some customers. All of the above warranty information is based upon the equipment in question being installed and/or operated by properly trained persons. It is also based upon the restaurant and cooking equipment being installed and/or operated as it was intended by the original manufacturer.
