This is a Manitowoc model QD1002A 830lb Ice maker with a Manitowoc model C730S 560lb Ice Bin. The ice maker has been fully cleaned and tested at our location and is in full working order. This ice maker is able to produce 830lb of ice in a 24hr period. The size of the ice that this unit makes is referred to as dice, they measure 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". The ice bin with this unit is able to hold a total of 560lb of ice, and has a stainless steel exterior finish and and Microban plastic interior. The overall size of this unit (including the bin) is, 42.5" x 32.5" x 76". The ice maker will require a power supply of 208/230V @ 14.3A. This is a Toledo model 181, rolling floor scale. The scale has a capacity of 500lb (226Kg). The overall size of this scale is 24" x 41" x 72", with a platform size of 24" x 41". The scale is on heavy wheels, so it can be moved around fairly easy. This type of scale is perfect for skipping and receiving. This is a Hobart 20qt mixer model A200. The mixer has been equipped with the A-200-12 bowl that is a 12qt bowl for the 20qt mixer. This is the bowl that this unit comes with. If you wish to purchase a new 20qt stainless steel bowl for the mixer, we do have that available. This mixer is in very good condition and full working order. The mixer only requires a standard 120V wall outlet for power. This mixer comes with the 12qt bowl and flat beater (for the 12qt bowl). This is a Garland Nat.gas 6 burner range with salamander. The range and salamander have been fully cleaned and tested at our location and are in good working order. This is a Wells Manufacturing, 3 well electric steam table with sneeze guard. The steam table has been fully cleaned and tested at our location and is in full working order. This steam table is the individual well type, where each well has it's own temperature control. The overall size of this steam table is 48" x 35.5" x 34" (51.5" to the top of the sneeze guard).
